Worst Tim Hortons. Coffee is never made right, and always a 50/50 chance of you actually getting the correct food item you ordered.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru during the morning shift, thanks to Parneet. She was incredibly polite, quick, and efficient in taking and delivering my order. Despite the busy rush, she remained friendly and professional, ensuring everything was correct and fresh. Her cheerful attitude made my morning so much better! It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with such great service. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her on the team.

Highly recommend stopping by in the morning for a smooth and pleasant drive-thru experience!

Lancaster Tim Hortons Ottawa, gave me almost have empty coffee, and refused to fill up. From an indian lady called Hanee. She was a rude and refused to provide proper size coffee accusing me falsely of drinking when I didn’t even take a sip, and worst customer service experience ever. Saying my cup was too big and it was a medium mug I use on a daily basis, it was also cold. I was loyal to this Location almost 15 years. But, from today I will never comeback .Thanks for nothing

It's maybe just me buy the tim hortons in tockland have become less than stellar in way of service.
Slow counter service, and it appears better training is required

This location rarely has steeped tea brewed and when I have asked for steep tea, I am usually told they don’t have any and offered bagged tea instead. It only takes 5 minutes to brew and it should always be available as coffee is. A lot of people drink steeped tea.

Went there today the girls were all chatting amongst each other, giggling and watching someone mop the floor. There was a lineup. The gentleman in front of me politely told them it's nice to be clean but you have customers. They didn't move to quick. When it was my turn, I asked for a box of tea only to be told you don't sell boxes of tea. Since when? My favorite tea is Earl Grey. Hard to find in the grocery store. I didn't see one manager. Awful service.

The girl who served us is the only good thing I have to say about this store in particular. The washroom was not clean. There were maybe 4 customers but every table was dirty. Definately will not return here.

The issue is one that is plaguing a lot of Tim Hortons, staff are mostly temporary foreign workers who are not given adequate training for the local context. Staff morale is extremely low. They prioritize drive through orders, and make in-store customers wait for extremely long periods and then many a times forget your order completely. Here is an idea, hire local high school students like the local McDonalds, improve the efficiency of how this location operates. Surveys won’t cut it. The issues are systemic.
