Well we were first in line and yet got our food after 7 people got there's. Also a poor lady came in complaining that she was in the drive though and was not given half her order. I got involved as the staff seemed to be ignoring what she was saying. It took way too long for them to understand while we waited almost 1t minutes to get our order

Just ordered a coffee and a muffin from drive-through, and about five minutes down the road I have my muffin. It is a little bit warm but the centre is ice cold not quite frozen but almost frozen. Thank you Tim’s.

Have had several issues with this location over the past 3 years. The most recent one takes the cake. There was too much that happened to put it all in a review but just know they are very stingy and they can't make a bagel or sandwich to save their lives. And their selection of donuts is almost nothing.

Dated 9th December 2023, early evening time 5:30-6:00pm, the service lady was so kind and the best part of the service was giving me an assurance that my order will be completed within 3 minutes..that was amazing service and she with another service lady were dealing with unstoppable crowd.Lack of staff, long Wait time which made it really hard for the tim Hortons team at this location to deal with so much inflow of traffic.The 2 ladies at the above date and time should be appreciated for their consistency and accuracy in dealing alone.

Came back 10 minutes later after going to the drive through because my order was not right.When I told the manager that my coffee was not the way i have ordered, he theatened to call the cops on me even though i kept calm.Keep up the good work losers.

I was craving an apple fritter after 3 months of not having one. I pulled up to the window all excited to find out they had no more. So the lady tells me how they have a new donce apple fritter, so I said ok I'll try it. NOT GOOD AT ALL. I was so disappointed and it wasn't even fresh.

This location is absolutely awful.When I order a medium iced coffee with milk, I clarify. No cream or sugar just milk. 8/10 times I receive the wrong order. It’s like the workers do not understand I would just like some milk in my iced coffee.I ordered a BLT on a croissant the last time I was there. I watched the worker make the sandwich and was appalled when I saw her put in one piece of bacon. I asked her if there was bacon in it. She opened the croissant and said yes, here it is. There was ONE piece of bacon RIPPED into 3 small pieces.I told her that was unacceptable for a BLT. She quickly got me the manager. When I asked the manager on shift how putting one piece of bacon in a BLT was acceptable she stated “it’s how Tim Hortons does their bacon now”. I let her know that was ridiculous for a 6 dollar sandwich.Tim Hortons continues to add things to their menu when they can’t even get a simple sandwich correct anymore. It’s truly sad.
