Came here for a simple white hot chocolate and a latte, and they told me their espresso machine was down, this coffee shop has gone downhill. Not only did I not get my coffee from a coffee place.. but my white hot chocolate was so watered down you could hardly say it was a hot chocolate at all. Disgusting

Great service by a evening person , I came at a morning for a regular coffee which was large double and the girl was fighting to every other employee in such a large pitch in her language and now the evening person flip the game , she was so gentle and sweet , I asked her name but I forgot and she just made my day !! Lots of love to her and morning people don’t pay attention in the front , they only look after drive through which is so worst you can do , you are ignoring the customer

Soma (spelling?) is always so cheerful and has a great smile every time she serves us. The other servers are wonderful too. We enjoy coming here for the blueberry muffins and coffee as well as great service.

Sum was very polite and helpful. I have been using this location for years and it is by far the fastest and most friendly. Pinke has a great team.
Brought a problem with the manager and he hung up. Called back he was rude and blamed other guy working there. Little did he realize I was in the parking lot watching him while I called him and could see him laughing and speaking his language to other fellow and giggling. Then I went to the Tims and guy answers.....what do you want....and....When I got to the window I asked him if he was having a rough morning he grunted at me slammed coffee down said something in Punjab to his co worker and walked away while other guys was laughing looking at me.

The every other staffs are very good and freindly except one girl in the saturday evening shift around 4:30pm who doesn't know how to behave to the costumers and was very rude to me.

I ordered uber eats from here, was told by the tim hortons employees on the phone the items were unavailable and that if I canceled it on my end the app would offer a refund. That turned out to be a lie, and canceling cost me approximately 30$. They’re fine in person but don’t order uber eats from here, their uber eats profile doesn’t show what is actually available and the employees seemingly don’t know how the app works, which can end up costing you money like me.
