Brought a problem with the manager and he hung up. Called back he was rude and blamed other guy working there. Little did he realize I was in the parking lot watching him while I called him and could see him laughing and speaking his language to other fellow and giggling. Then I went to the Tims and guy answers.....what do you want....and....When I got to the window I asked him if he was having a rough morning he grunted at me slammed coffee down said something in Punjab to his co worker and walked away while other guys was laughing looking at me.

The every other staffs are very good and freindly except one girl in the saturday evening shift around 4:30pm who doesn't know how to behave to the costumers and was very rude to me.

I ordered uber eats from here, was told by the tim hortons employees on the phone the items were unavailable and that if I canceled it on my end the app would offer a refund. That turned out to be a lie, and canceling cost me approximately 30$. They’re fine in person but don’t order uber eats from here, their uber eats profile doesn’t show what is actually available and the employees seemingly don’t know how the app works, which can end up costing you money like me.

The worst tim hortons i have ever been too. I saw the manager use a tortilla wrap that had mobile phones on top of the wrap!! Disgusting. And the people working there had a disgusting attitude towards customers. Disappointed!!

I am a regular customer of this store since long, but the quality of this store has only been deteriorating over time. The managers of the store are only contributing to losing the values that Timmies used to operate with. The staff is good but the management here sucks, they always scream at their staff, creating a very toxic work environment even me as a customer doesn't want to come to the store due to the work environment. Recently, my wife went there to grab my usual coffee and breakfast sandwich, but it was terrible and when i asked to change it and make a better one, the manager screamed at her in a very rude manner and said that I wouldn't get a replacement. I was shocked to hear that and that's not how a manager should be. Never coming back to this location and would not recommend this location due to the toxic managerial skills here.
They only focus on drive threw. Only 1 person working with 10 +cars. Im inside waiting 15 min to be served. Nice People but they need to learn to do both or maybe get more staff in.

My son who’s a minor stopped at this Tim Hortons to ask for tap water as it was 33° out and he’d been biking. He was told by the employee, Meru he would have to pay 10 cents or couldn’t have water. It’s really eye opening to see how Tim Hortons helps the community. Never again will I buy from Tim Hortons. I’ll be contacting Tim Hortons head office over this also. It’s TAP WATER vs heat stroke!! Well done guys!! I also just spoke to Tim Hortons who confirmed my son should have received tap water for free.
