The workers are very disrespectful took for ever with me at the speaker because she didn’t understand then rushed us at the window because there is a timer and told me to hurry up when it’s because of them it took long don’t suggest. By the way it was the manger doing this

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and opened it and the bacon was literally raw 🤢... They're always in a hurry to get the orders out at you even when you're the only one in the line. Today there was a lady over the intercom helping me, and then I heard this other woman's aggressive voice take over as if the other girl wasn't getting my order fast enough?? That's passive towards the employee who was already doing fine taking my order. They need to relax and stop hurrying people and maybe make sure things are cooked so no one is getting sick from their food.

I work close to this location so I go about 3x per week, and I never get decent service ever. Today I went to order at the drive thru and kindly asked the person to give me a moment while I look over the menu, and after 4 seconds was sternly given a “you good?!!” By the order taker. When I got up to the window, the machine was shoved in my face even after I told them I was paying in cash. After the second time I told them they scoffed (clearly for me to hear them) and practically threw my order at me, and closed the window. The customer service is absolutely terrible and I cannot believe nothing has been done about it. Would NOT recommend

I am a delivery driver and came in for an order. The order was not ready for pickup and took an unreasonable amount of time. There were no customers and the girl working looked shocked that I even had an order. I checked on the app and saw it was 3 steeped teas and no food so I did not bring in a delivery bag. You need to be careful delivering these drinks in sealed paper bags. 3 is asking for it to be tipped over. Anybody who does delivery will tell you. You can’t just shove these drinks in a bag in another bag and just hope it doesn’t spill. These things need to be secured. The only way to transport them without risk spilling is to strap them down with seatbelt. I got negative merchant feedback from here for not bringing in a bag. I understand that person probably has never worked delivery before but I have worked at Tim Hortons. The girl working had awful customer service and was not friendly at all. Didn't greet me or say hi. I stood there awkwardly waving trying to get her attention. She took forever to make the order then took her sweet time packaging it. Then had the audacity to give me negative feedback. I could go on but it’s just plain ignorant.

Service is definitely not considered “fast food”. I’m the only person standing there in line and it takes maybe 5 minutes to get to me. Food is good there, but they put food on the menu that they don’t actually serve there on the menu on top so u might need to do research a bit of what you want (so probably not preferred for quick stops on road trips).

what the heck the quality is so bad now. my farmer's wrap looks like a complete joke and tastes terrible. it was a new young man that made it and he just slapped the ingredients on and not even placed them properly. terrible terrible food.

This location is a complete joke. Everytime I ask for a bagel they cheap out on the Butter. You would think it's hunger games and we all live on rations. Sometimes it's just a toasted bagel that I'd literally dry. Convenient location but a real waste of money.

Have come here twice and service is terrible. They’re asking people what they ordered and it’s not like they ask every so often it’s every single person while waiting has to resay their entire order because they forget. they give people the wrong food items and don’t even give receipts. Took 20+ minutes to get an ice coffee and bagel and cream cheese and they handed me the bag telling me it’s my bagel turns out it was a raisin scone.
