One word "Gross". Yah i know its fast food , I mean gross for fast food. Paid 14 $ for a craveable and ranch wrap. Craveable deli meat shouldn't be grey and swimming in questionable mayo. The ranch wrap was also swimmin in a ? Southwest sauce? I hope lol. Not too mention that this location is always out of product early in the day. Drive 3 more minutes and avoid the suspect food.

I like this location for it's convenience but I've been avoiding it as the Customer Service is so poor. They get orders wrong too much and are always rushing you at the window, sticking the payment machine at you before even greeting you ? Just rude!I don't blame the workers, I blame management! This Tim's is understaffed and needs a visit from Head Office to analyze what needs changing.

I came here this morning for a bagel toasted with cream cheese, on my way to work I'm about to start eating the bagel when I realised its in fact not toasted and its hard.. who serves old bagels? It's not complicated, you listen at the speaker and take the order.. how hard is that? Everytime I go there which I haven't been in awhile, there's always something wrong with my order. I definitely won't be returning
Ham and cheddar sandwich didn't have any cheddar. Lettuce wasn't fresh and sandwich appeared to have been put together in 15 seconds.

At this Tim Hortons, the staff is by far the greatest! I just visit this place because the people are so awesome here! If only all Tim's were run in the same manner; they are consistently kind, cheerful, and all-around nice people. Any day of the year, I would hire any one of them. I've visited this location a lot when I've been in a bad mood, and every time I do, I smile when I leave!
