Service is definitely not considered “fast food”. I’m the only person standing there in line and it takes maybe 5 minutes to get to me. Food is good there, but they put food on the menu that they don’t actually serve there on the menu on top so u might need to do research a bit of what you want (so probably not preferred for quick stops on road trips).
I like this location for it's convenience but I've been avoiding it as the Customer Service is so poor. They get orders wrong too much and are always rushing you at the window, sticking the payment machine at you before even greeting you ? Just rude!I don't blame the workers, I blame management! This Tim's is understaffed and needs a visit from Head Office to analyze what needs changing.
The staff are friendly. However it's hit-and-miss with either mobile orders , or just speed in general .Sometimes it seems they are understaffed, other times you have staff seemingly doing nothing.
