I always have a smooth and pleasant experience at the drive thru. The staffs are freindly, polite and efficient, even during busy hours. Its nice to see that when you give respect, it's given right back. Thank you to the team for making mornings a little brighter.
Honestly probably one of the best locations in Ottawa. Whats most important to me is how FAST they are. Sai is incredible, always fast, taking the time to quickly wipe any excess coffee on the rim of my cup. They are very friendly and efficient which is critical in the mornings when people are rushing to work, last thing you want is to be late to work because the tim hortons drive through was moving slowly! Well done to Sai and the team!
I really wanted to take the time to share my experience service was excellent didn't have to wait at all (Minna) was very friendly and great worker I will definitely go back to this Location.
