This was just terrible. My son had been in emerg as a type 1 diabetic for hours. I went here to get him something to eat. They had nothing I asked for. Finally I just asked "what do you have?" I was met with such attitude. 3 ppl working evenings, 1 turned around to ask what I wanted.. I am sad that this is the hospitals only option. They need to do better. Store was filthy.

I went to the Ottawa hospital Tim Hortons prior to my mother’s surgery. I ordered for my family it was about 2 breakfast meals and 4 coffees. Every coffee was labeled but did not have the correct contents. I could see everyone working was rushed and yelling at each other there wasn’t a long line but many mobile orders. I didn’t ask them to fix the drinks trying to be considerate they were super busy so just asked them for sugar and cream on the side where an employee who I asked stated “would you like me to drink it for you too” she was so rude

I had a disappointing experience last night. The staff on duty didn’t take my order and kept making excuses, saying they were busy making coffees. I expected better service, especially when it wasn’t too busy. Not acceptable to ignore customers like that.”

This is one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have been to. There are flies all over the food and the entire waiting line is so dirty with flies all over the sticky walls... the manager or team leader is a micro manager and is really rude to her coworkers and they all look so miserable. Not a pleasant experience and hygienic for a hospital timhortons... when it should be even more hygienic...

If I could give zero stars I would. Breakfast anytime except when I'm working I guess. 3 weekends in a row they are out of eggs before noon. Complacent staff that I don't believe ever face consequences of horrible service. I was once first in line and stood there almost 15 minutes while they sorted out the mobile orders before serving me. Worst Tim's in the city of Ottawa.

I have been working night shift at the TOH Civic campus for the past two years and I am very pleased with the service I am getting by Ricardo not only he is well spoken, but very quick never seen that guy sitting free always doing something keeping himself busy while smashing through the orders of coffees and sandwiches which is very commendable. Thank you, Ricardo for your incredible service and helping us staying awake at night with your coffees.
