The food was fine, but 3 out of 5 orders had errors such as missing items and mistaken items.
The service was not with a smile, specially if English is your only language.
The place is short staffed for the volume of customers. Language is a big barrier.
Over all, it is fine to eat there, food quality is good, good old Timmies taste!

They take forever to just get a coffee. 9:00 pm next to nothing on the shelves. I asked if they were restocking and the said no not till the morning. This is I. The hospital. Absolutely feed up with them.

So i where to start. 1st the guy taking my order was either stoned or something. When taking my order, I had to explain it to him 3 times and then when he messed app my order, he got upset with me over it. And started to chirp off. Why get an ice coffee with no ice. Service here is absolutely atrocious. A dealing with a dying brother.I'd have to deal with a kid that's not happy with his job.It tries to take it out on me.It was a reverse karen situation. All I can say is wow for being in a hospital.These people really suck

Asked for extra chipotle on the farmer’s wrap, for some reason the clerk added cream cheese instead? Totally threw off the taste. Also flies everywhere, inside the donut case and landing all over patrons. If it wasn’t the only food option in the hospital I’m sure they’d be out of business.

My habanero chicken wrap was prepared quickly and was pleasantly spicy. The construction could be better, one end was full of rice and the other was full of lettuce.

Slow wait time and I understand being busy but waited well over 20 to 30 minutes for a simple bagel and cream herb and garlic cream chesse and a simple drink its sad .

I visited the store on July 28th around 8:50 PM. Two staff members were working at the time—one woman wearing a mask who was preparing food, and a man who was initially taking orders. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line when the woman asked the man to take out the garbage. As the line kept growing, he asked if he could stop cleaning and help with the orders, but she told him to finish the task and said she would handle it later. I ended up waiting around 12–13 minutes before leaving, as no one seemed concerned about the customers waiting in line.

Horrendous. 30 minute wait just to order at 10 o'clock at night because they have only 1 guy doing everything.

Their staff is really really slow. They took 15 minutes to give me a single bagel and the bagel was dry with no proper layer of cream cheese. This is the worst time hortons I have ever visited.

went to Tim Horton at around 10;50, ordered scrambled egg/no meat....got the order in a box with two has brown, meat and eggs and some kind of weird sauce..YUK..

called the manager, complained and she was nuts, argues like I was lying for 4 dollars order. she didnt even understand that I was trying to tell her that I was served meat, when I didnt order it.. quote unquote - her answer was, no we dont serve scrambled egg at 11 , no dont agree with you...

when I ordered there was one lady she was more interested in selling some kind of weird coupon to raise fund, staff didnt know what they were doing, the person who handed over my order, looked so confused,...did he mix my order with someone else..possible.....but can you raise your concern, NO, if you are dealing with a manager I spoke with, you are out of luck!

The staff is slow and uncaring. They do not know how to speak politely. I was there twice yesterday, ordering through the app. They took their sweet time to check the order and even longer to prepare it. I never even got my hashbrown! Second time I was there, there were bo customers yet they couldn’t care less about my order until I hurried them up! Your employees make or break your business. Well, I do not like this place.
