Consistently one of the worst iced capps that you can get. Very disappointed every time I get one. Their food and service is alright but the iced capps makes it or breaks it for me.

Ordered large 2c and 3 sugar, but got wrong coffee, looks like they put 1 or just 1/2 cream in it. (Around 6:30 AM). Every other location mark the lids, but here there don’t even mark the lids.Ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and got sesame bagel with cream cheese.Really disappointed.

This is by far one of the worst locations. Out of the last prolly 10 times I've gone there they haven't had wraps. Sometimes they don't have bacon. Sometimes they don't have chicken. Whoever runs this location needs to start having proper inventory management.

Didn’t order a 10 pack of mixed Timbits to only get 2 kinds. This happened to me twice and it was the same cashier. It’s as if she doesn’t care much about it. Other than that, the service and the food is okay. There’s this old white lady who works usually in the mornings. She is very nice and polite.
I went to take large coffee with my husband and asked for a cup of water guess what the employee was an Indian girl and started to make faces with her fellow worker. I mean that’s really rude it was just a cup of water if you wanna charge me than say it don’t just pretend that you don’t want to serve me.Really disappointed

That Caucasian lady is weird there working in the mornings. 50's something. She's calling and shouting at all customers "hello beautiful!", "Hi sweetheart", "hello my love", "hi my honey". This has got to stop. This is totally a lack of insecurity about themselves.Just be calm, friendly and considerate with all guests. Don't go overboard and then end up like in a drunk tank after going so high and over board friendly. This nuisance got to stop. I don't think she feels good about working there else she wouldn't do all this. Just be natural - duh!There's a phrase that goes like this "The loudest voice in the room is the weakest person."

I am so happy that this location opens at 6 am. You brighten up my morning. The older lady who takes the orders in the morning is really sweet and attentive to everyone she talks to. The service is fast and always good :). Thank you for being there.

Big Fail today Tim Hortons Billings Bridge. Today’s truth and Reconciliation day and you do not have any of your orange donuts for sale. You have been advertising this for a week running from Sept 30th to October 1st. Today being the actual day would be your highest sales presumably for sales and showing your support. I asked the staff why you had none and they told me “Maybe on our next order?” It seemed the staff were not even aware about the orange sprinkle donut nor did they really understand what it was for.Will not be going back to this location and can not believe you missed Truth and Reconciliation Day as a leading Canadian company.
