I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. A special thank you to Ma’am Ayah, who was especially kind, attentive, and hardworking. She made me feel welcome and ensured everything was taken care of with a smile. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

While some issues with inconsistent orders and running out of items have been noted, overall service remains good. Payment options could be improved by adding Google or Apple Pay. Despite minor problems, the restaurant continues to be a favorite for many, especially since their prices are more reasonable compared to other coffee shops.
