Billings Bridge Food Court has been under construction for what feels like 5 years, so combining that with the fact that there seems to never be more than 3 employees at this location, there's a lot left to be desired. As soon as anything deviates from a regular order, expect a wait of up to 15 minutes for anything.
I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. A special thank you to Ma’am Ayah, who was especially kind, attentive, and hardworking. She made me feel welcome and ensured everything was taken care of with a smile. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

While some issues with inconsistent orders and running out of items have been noted, overall service remains good. Payment options could be improved by adding Google or Apple Pay. Despite minor problems, the restaurant continues to be a favorite for many, especially since their prices are more reasonable compared to other coffee shops.
