This Tim Hortons location is inside Algonquin College. It is slower than most locations and they don't accept reward points and they don't accept mobile orders. Standard things like donuts taste the same as at other locations but if they have to make something for you, I find it doesn't taste as good :( So for the record, I created this listing back in Feb 2020 as "Savoir Fare" (the store inside Algonquin College selling food made by students from their culinary program) and then some time in 2022/2023 someone edited it to a "Tim Hortons" and this edit was approved by the Yelp moderators despite the fact that all the photo under this listing were of food from Savoir Fare and the 1 review that existed at the time was clearly of Savoir Fare. I have submitted my edit to change the listing back to Savoir Fare multiple times, and each time it was rejected by the Yelp moderators. So here we are. My original review remains of Savoir Fare and I still stand by it. The address listed is for the Algonquin College building in which Savoir Fare is located. This building also has other businesses located in it, including a Tim Hortons and also a Booster Juice. They should have created a new listing for the Tim Hortons located inside this Algonquin College building instead of changing this listing to a Tim Hortons, which doesn't make any sense. I have created a new listing for Savoir Fare. Hopefully the Yelp moderators don't change that one to a Tim Hortons or a Booster Juice, lol.

Today I visited tim Hortons in Algonquin clg the service was very bad of the staff. There was a one staff member who wears black coat I ordered her one coffee at that time she didn't greet use she just take order with attitude.So I will recomond you it is better if u will fire to her it's was not first time she always takes orde with attitude I don't why.

I ordered a steeped tea and it was taking so long to make a small one. So just to inquire i asked the girl at front of the house to check whether the order was punched in or not! She bluntly replied that she wont check! This is how the staff here treats their customer.

So why does the Tim Hortons on campus charge for extra cane sugar but ones off campus don’t. The lady didn’t even charge me for extra cane sugar it was a chocolate shot probably because charging for extra cane sugar isn’t a thing.

Im getting sick of coming in every night before work & not getting the 2 espresso shots I pay for in my ice cap.. idk how many times I’ve wasted 8$ for a large caramel ice cap without shots?You clearly aren’t training your employees as a person who works pretty much next to you we wouldn’t mess up your order when u come get bagels or sandwiches.. this is unacceptable!Ps. The older lady in the Tim’s jacket with the headphones on she looked so miserable & wouldn’t smile. Get it together! It’s a timhortons not a lemonade stand.

NO CROISSANTS!!!!!!!!!! I tell you everyday the croissants keep me going and the last two days NO CROISSANTS please bring back my croissants or I will perish thank you
They don’t accept gift cards or do Tims rewards. Lines are always long, staff are always new, food is usually warm. I don’t think they have the fruit slushies either. Other than that, they have a good selection of bakery items, from biscuits to cookies to twists to donuts.

this place is not only more expensive than any other tim hortons, but they do not accept rewards. Secondly, they ran out of cream (?) at 5 PM on a Thursday. I had ordered a sandwich and was informed there was no bread even though I saw bread sitting in a basket behind the cashier. Again, weird.this place also had no cheese. Seems like an issue and not an issme. Spend your money at the tim’s literally across the street from campus.

The salesman named Brian in Tim Hortons at Algonquin College had discrimination with foreigner person. I thought it’s never happening in Canada but it’s true. I experienced as his joke with staffs about my orders , smirking at me and even considered me as a dummy woman.
