This is my favourite Tim Hortons because the store is always spotless and the service is top-notch. Today Sidratul absolutely made my day – fast, accurate, and so kind even when the line was long. I had an exceptional experience at Tim Hortons today! The guy greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the cilantro lime bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and it was clear that quality ingredients were used. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal.
What stood out the most was the team’s dedication to service; they checked in to ensure everything was to my liking and made me feel valued as a customer. I’m calling this Tim hortons today and nobody pickup my call.. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and kids always order bagels and muffins.. they also send stale muffins and bagels … it’s 3rd time we are receiving stale food . Whenever we order from Uber they always send stale food . Always . We are not feeling well becuse of their lack of responsibility. I am calling our local enforcement on you and I wish they cancel your operating license in this city

Service is sleepy here. I order coffees on the app 5 min before I arrive. They ate not ready when I show up. The staff always seems confused - even when it is not busy- faster to order in person

Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons in Ottawa. Consistent and quick service every single morning. I have never gotten my order incorrect which is rare for a Tim Hortons. The weekday morning staff deserve 5/5 stars, however the evening staff are honestly not too great. Overall, when I come every weekday morning, they work hard, pump out orders, and you cannot complain about the way they work.👏

The Night Staff Here Cloae The Kitchen Down At 9:30 pm , When The Kitchen Closes At 10 pm . So If You Are Working & You Want To Close Early , Don't Work Here . The AM Staff Are Great !!!!
