They asked me for a review so that I could get my ($5) order that was sent to a restaurant in another city I was in. Here is an honest review. Slow service, most employees seem bothered to serve you at the cash. Dirty tables, garbage is overflowing with garbage having to be placed outside. Smell hits you when you enter the men’s washroom. There’s always a puddle on the floor around the toilet stalls. Watch out

This review is solely for the service at this location. This location has many rude staff members in it. I've had multiple poor customers experiences with them. Tim Hortons need to instruct their staff to redo the foods and drinks if they messed up people's orders. That girl today messed up my order by adding milk and stated that I have to pay for another while I don't even need what she handed to me because I'm lactose intolerant. And she was pretty rude and loud about it.
I love Tim Hortons menu and that's probably why I'm still a customer. But that location need to do better in terms of customer service.

Staff was arguing with each other, and one girl was being aggressive towards her coworkers (eg grabbing drinks out of their hands as they are making them, humiliating them by saying they will be in big trouble if they don't xyz). I had ordered an iced coffee made with oat milk, but instead was given one made with cream. I didn't realize after leaving, as the environment was very chaotic. Meanwhile the shift supervisor was trying to send people home rather than rectifying the issue amongst her staff. Patricia was awesome though, very sweet, and great customer service.

Foods are great, but the restroom is disgusting! Smells bad and wet floors. Pretty sure someone peed on the floor. It should be clean from time to time.

I'm a regular customer here and I think it's a great Tim Hortons but somedays their chocolate toasted coconuts are very cold and wet like coming from a swimming pool and other days they are warm and dry like coming straight from the oven. I would give them 5 stars if they could keep up the quality consistency. (Note* I would just add that in my opinion those chocolate toasted coconut donuts definitely taste delicious when they are warm and dry coming straight from the oven.) Thank you :)

I asked to use a coupon and the cashier used my reward points, when I noticed she told me it was my problem, that I should know better and she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a sandwich, a coffee and a donut, and of course, she also gave me the wrong pastry. Totally disappointed with the service.
