I'm a regular customer here and I think it's a great Tim Hortons but somedays their chocolate toasted coconuts are very cold and wet like coming from a swimming pool and other days they are warm and dry like coming straight from the oven. I would give them 5 stars if they could keep up the quality consistency. (Note* I would just add that in my opinion those chocolate toasted coconut donuts definitely taste delicious when they are warm and dry coming straight from the oven.) Thank you :)

I asked to use a coupon and the cashier used my reward points, when I noticed she told me it was my problem, that I should know better and she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a sandwich, a coffee and a donut, and of course, she also gave me the wrong pastry. Totally disappointed with the service.

This store set a wrong closing time on the Tims APP and you would find no staff in store when you go there. Just like fools.

Today, Jan 3, 2025, a colleague of mine and I ordered chili and a coffee around 1230pm. The order was placed the the uber app. Once the order was made and paid for, Tim Hortons called my colleague and advised they had no chili to offer during their lunch time. The order was canceled but within 20 mins after the order was placed, an uber driver arrived at work with our order. It was merely the two coffees still at a charge of $21. My colleague had told them to cancel the order and refund. It took them 30 mins or so to refund.
Tim Hortons is far from the service they once offered. They are usually low on stock and their employees lack customer service like it was a few years ago. As it is, Tim Hortons is disappointing and it fails to follow the model Ron Joyce created it to be.

Today I went to the Tim Hortons in downtown Ottawa at Metcalfe and Slater. The big bay windows brings in natural light.
Inside this branch of Tim Hortons franchise the new display case is clean, you can see - identify each item in their wired baskets.
There are new tables some have black stripes while others do not, nice new floor surface and the chairs modern and in dark brown.
You do not hear the bottoms of the legs scratching against the floor like you sometimes do in other coffee houses.
The table with high chairs has those rings you see on a hockey rink really cool!
I truly like the new picture frame of the hockey sticks in the shape of the maple. :) There is our next stamp!

My friend ordered coffee and wraps. They got the drinks right away but about after 5mins they kindly asked how much longer for the wraps. The Asian woman who started at 6am on a Tuesday RUDELY told my friend to "Shut up and sit down. We'll call you when it's ready." I'm sorry? Did you forget to bring your manners to work? Absolutely appalling.

Some of the staff are decent, but the quality control is absolutely abysmal. Dead bugs in the display next to donuts, long waits for wrong orders and overall poor quality.
