Staff is always very friendly, especially the lady that takes care of the mobile orders. Even when it’s busy the staff is always kind and they are also very efficient, especially if you order ahead!
I'm a regular customer here and I think it's a great Tim Hortons but somedays their chocolate toasted coconuts are very cold and wet like coming from a swimming pool and other days they are warm and dry like coming straight from the oven. I would give them 5 stars if they could keep up the quality consistency. Today I went to the Tim Hortons in downtown Ottawa at Metcalfe and Slater. The big bay windows brings in natural light.
Inside this branch of Tim Hortons franchise the new display case is clean, you can see - identify each item in their wired baskets.
There are new tables some have black stripes while others do not, nice new floor surface and the chairs modern and in dark brown.
You do not hear the bottoms of the legs scratching...
