We went today. They falsely advertised the Christmas ornament on sale. They even admitted it was their fault for not taking the sign down on storefront. You honor your error. They did not. It was only 30% off. Come on Tim Hortons do better.

First time visiting this location, and unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this chain. I went through the drive-thru around 18:00 on Tuesday, November 25th. I ordered a medium Biscoff iced latte and asked for my total so I could prepare my cash. The screen was still showing someone else’s order, and no one responded to me, so I drove up to the window.
When I asked for the total again, the employee didn’t answer—she just held the payment machine out the window. I was already frustrated, and when I received my drink, it was only 3/4 full, had no ice, and was room temperature. I also asked for a receipt, and the employee said “No” and immediately shut the window.
The entire experience felt rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even want to drink the coffee after that. I will not be returning to this location

Went to the washroom and both cubicles were so so disgusting. They had not been cleaned at all. No one had signed the clean up sheet for the whole day
Morning staff are great 7:30am. Afternoon staff 3:30pm are useless . I always order an espresso shot in my double double, they always charge me for it but never add it to coffee. Just pure laziness and incompetence.

This branch urgently needs a sanitary inspection and staff retraining.
Before I placed my order, another customer found a foreign object in his iced capp. The cashier, a woman likely in her 50s, appeared distracted and had difficulty understanding what’s included in the meal packages listed on the QR code menu.
I ordered a mocha iced capp and two Farmer’s Wrap meals (which are supposed to include donuts). Instead of a mocha, I was first given a regular iced capp. When I pointed this out, the cashier instructed the server to simply add chocolate syrup and whipped cream to the existing drink, rather than making a fresh one and this drink was for my child.
Later, I was told they were out of sausage and saw the server throw the sausages away. She offered bacon instead, but I requested a different option. Both staff agreed to substitute with chicken.
Finally, when I asked about the missing donuts included with the meal, the cashier became visibly upset, pointed at me, and said I was wrong even though the issue was caused by their earlier errors. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and staff should have proper training in customer service, food handling, and menu knowledge. Ridiculous and ill mannered. The regulatory board of the food handling should conduct audit on this branch.

We did the drive through at this location around 10:30 this morning and the lady on the intercom was unbelievably rude and impatient. Please do not put her in charge of customer interactions again. She kept cutting us off and ignoring us when we asked about the offers and would just blurt out “what do you want, go and order” while we were actively talking to her. The whole interaction was awful. When we pulled up to the window and said hi how are you she ignored us and shoved the payment machine in our face and told us the total. Very rude and unprofessional, maybe a change of staff would benefit this location.

I never leave reviews... I was having the worst day, got hit in the drive thru after a 10hr nightshift. Manager went above and beyond in the circumstances and the guy at the window was pleasant in the moment. Thank you guys. My day could of got alot worse. Fenominal service.

I usually stop by Tim Hortons without any issues, but today’s drive-thru experience was terrible. The woman working at the window had such a strong, unpleasant odor that it actually traveled into my car. It was so overwhelming that every time I think about it now, I still gag. This was extremely off-putting and not what I expect when visiting Tim Hortons.

I ordered a BELT sandwich on an English muffin, I asked for extra bacon and crispy. I also asked for mayo. What I got was a cold sandwich, 2 pathetic pieces of bacon, and no mayo. The bacon that was on it was not crispy at all in fact, a little undercooked in my opinion. I got to work and discovered this about my sandwich and therefore could not return to have this fixed for me.
