I was here on May 19th, at about 9.45 pm. Placed an order at the drive thru, was told that they don't carry ice coffee at this location. Understandable. But the employee had a terrible attitude! It was a short conversation, all I had asked was if they don't sell ice coffee, although I was able to buy an ice cap. And her response was terrible while handing me the order.

Had a bad experience this morning at this drive through attached to an ESSO at 2545 Baseline Rd. Ordered and paid for a “medium with double milk”. When I took my fist sip, I realized it was not hot. So I went to their counter and was given another cup of coffee the same not hot as the first. The manager told me it because I took “double milk”. REDICULOUS.!!! I wasn’t born yesterday, Mister. There was a problem at their end !!! Instead of perhaps apologizing and asking how can we make this right, he chose to blame me for milk in my coffee. Am now enjoying a hot coffee from Starbucks.

This was one of the worse Tim, inside store waiting to order the clerk gave be the be patient finger didn't say please wait ,then proceeded to take not one but three drive thru orders while I stood there and waited ,I finally said enough you can serve me next which she said I have drive thru orders, when I did order my donut was stale like day olds .I then explained to her that she was rude and very impolite.
A very low quality tim hortons experience. Consistently. Staff are quite uncaring and food quality is poor. Still have had worse experiences but there's a reason I don't go there anymore unless it's my only option.

I ordered grill cheese croissant with butter on drive through , and went to take order after getting payment she said we don’t have grill machine I said it’s okay, then i said do microwave she we don’t have microwave too I don’t understand
