This is the closest tim Hortons near my house, me & my husband come here several times a day. Everyone is very kind but unfortunately no hot heals at this location which sucks a bit, sometimes the service is slow but my main reason for not giving a 5 star is due to the manager. I’ve never seen such a stingy manager. One day I ordered my coffee & upon arriving to pay I realized I didn’t have my wallet. Even though I go 2 to 3 times a day the manager refused to give...

I shared about this location before but this visit was not comparable to last which was fantastic. Service was painfully slow. However food, staff etc.... was great marks. I will go again but person at cash obviously was new and didn't know how to handle a busy morning. We all have to learn, I get it. But when major line in place someone needs to be there to assist.
