Order #261, November 11.2023, placed at 4:20 pm for pickup 4:40 pm. Arrived on time, however, had to wait another 10-15 mins. while a delivery driver was picking up approx. 30 boxes of pizza before staffer could move on to other waitng customers. I live approx. 5 mins. away, by the time I got home, the pizza was cold and dry - very little sauce and cheese - very disappointed.
