The gnocchi, manicotti and Caesar salad was mediocre. Portions were reasonable. The presentation was good with bread , butter, olive oil, and peppers served. Service was excellent. The washroom smelled like a well used outhouse.
We had a pleasant dining experience at Tosca Ristorante. We arrived with a reservation, though there were plenty of tables available. Water was brought promptly, which was appreciated. One small surprise was the lack of a cocktail menu with listed selections and prices. That said, the wine list was very good—mostly Italian, which suited the menu well—and the markup was reasonable. Both the menu options and pricing felt fair. The food was enjoyable and well prepared, though...
I’ve always enjoyed Tosca for business lunches. Recently have been there more for dinners and have been just as pleased. It’s the type of place that when you go, you are still thinking how good it was days later.
