We had an excellent dinner as a group of 4, plus a baby. Food was tasty with generous portions. Kenny took great care of us and the cocktails were fantastic. We would recommend the calamari!
Absolutely love Tropikàl Ottawa! The food is honestly some of the best I’ve had in the city — packed with flavour, authenticity and always fresh. The servers are wonderful too: super friendly, attentive, and they make you feel right at home every time.

Planned a birthday dinner here for one of my friends. Were very excited to try it after seeing posts on social media. There were some highlights, the rum punch was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. And the snapper was amazing. But the service was very slow. There was only one waitress that seemed to be serving all tables, so as you can imagine she was pulled in all different directions and not very attentive (to no fault of her own).
