I love this place, the burgers are awesome, but seriously, the owner needs to have a chat with the staff. It's like they think anyone who isn't white must be a delivery person. On multiple occasions I've been at the front of the line waiting forever, and then as soon as a white person shows up behind me, they get served right away. They've even asked me to move to the delivery area and tried to take the order of the person behind me, even though I was waiting right infront of the register.

The burger was good. I got the umbrella burger single and there wasn’t anything extravagant about it but still good. I LOVED the curly fries. Service is awesome! They even gave complimentary fries as my curly fries weren’t ready on time. nice place overall

Love love love Umbrella Burger. We typically order for takeout online and pickup in the store. Their chicken sandwiches are massive and super tasty and their smash burgers are also fantastic. Friendly service. Fries are okay and nothing special. I enjoyed their mac and cheese

I got the chicken sandwich style burger and it was pretty good. Took it to go and waited around 20 min for my order.The flavor was good but there was no spicy flavor at all. Would recommend getting the hot to at least taste any spice.
I'm disappointed for sure. After so many people told me to try here. The patties were good. Way to much condiments. They must love lettuce. There was enough for 2 burgers. But their fries are excellent, and the dip was good. 25 minutes to get my order. Not sufficient enough if you ask me.Parking: It was a nightmare to find parking.
A great burger spot in the Capital. The prices are excellent and the food is even better. The burgers are large - terrific value.

Some of the best burgers in Ottawa. However turnaround time is quite slow, so if you're in a hurry maybe avoid when until you can afford to sit-down. Quality takes time, I guess.Vegetarian options: There are beyond meat burgers available.
