I was THRILLED when I stumbled across this bakery today. I couldn’t believe my eyes! A gluten free bakery! I got three cupcakes, two butter tarts, and an apple crisp, and everything was absolutely 10/10. The texture of the cupcakes was AMAZING— absolutely blown away. Thank you!!!!!
Ive recently developed a rather aggressive intolerance to gluten and with my birthday coming up was pretty bummed about not being able to have a decent cake. My husband ordered this for me and oh my god. Not only was it one of the best gluten free desserts I've had so far, but it may be the best birthday cake I've ever had in general. Not too sweet, actually moist, no intense artificial or sweet taste. As an avid sweet treat consumer this was incredible.
