About Starbucks

Starbucks Coffee Company at College Square in Ottawa is a favourite and trusted location for many. The staff are consistently described as amazing, super outgoing, friendly, welcoming, and kind, often making visits feel personal. Specific menu items like the Flat White, blonde espresso, breakfast sandwich, Iced Lavender Cream Oat Matcha, and Iced Strawberry Oat Matcha Tea Latte are highlighted as delicious and expertly prepared. The location is also noted for being dog-friendly, with free Pup Cups offered and pups welcomed on the patio.

However, the spot can be far too busy and understaffed, leading to long wait times as the team manages massive amounts of large orders from the nearby college. A serious complaint was raised regarding an incident of internal theft of a customer's personal item and subsequent poor customer service in resolving the matter, with a request for better compensation and resolution. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is appreciated, with mentions of a clean, crisp, and beautiful visual set. Many customers emphasize that the hard work of the baristas does not go unnoticed and that their friendly, personal service is what keeps people coming back to this location.
