I ordered chicken fingers and they were uncooked/raw. I am so glad that I noticed before eating them! When I brought the issue up with a Wendy’s employee, they did not apologize and they only refunded me for the chicken fingers. After having my cousin talk to the manager, an apology and a full refund was given. I will never eat here again, as I do not think it is worth the risk.

Very disappointed with my recent drive through experience. I had ordered a soft drink and a frosty which were placed in a drink tray I didn’t ask for and didn’t want. I tried to decline the tray and a plastic wrapped spoon at the window but the man working there just shoved it at me and walked away. I took the two items out of the tray and gave the tray and plastic wrapped spoon back to him when he returned to the window. He said it was a health code violation as he took them...read full review
