I had my credit card hacked at this store.
You wouldn’t think that this spot had the best iced lattes ever but they really do. Yooooo it’s actually unreal. The vanilla one I highly recommend.
I shop at Whole Foods occasionally. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the overall product quality is good, and I appreciate that they carry some brands and specialty items that are harder to find at other grocery stores in Ottawa.
However, I was quite disappointed with the café on the first floor. Last weekend I ordered a large iced matcha latte, and the matcha powder was not properly dissolved at all — most of it had settled at the bottom of the cup. I noticed they were using organic grass-fed milk, which is appreciated, but if the matcha itself is not mixed properly, the quality of the ingredients is wasted.
For a premium grocery store with premium pricing, I would expect more consistency and care from the café. The grocery section is good, but the drink preparation at the café needs improvement.
My favorite place to shop. Very clean and tidy. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. High quality products. However, the buffet is no longer what it used to be. Please review the menu and bring more diversity.
What you are currently serving and have been for the last few months dont taste good. Please change this punishment.
Grocery store is really clean. Nice seating area and well maintained. Food is also good and fresh. Samples are good to know how the food tastes before buying. It helped me buy alot of new foods I wouldnt normally buy or try.
Tried the hot bar and really enjoyed the pizza. I had a cheese slice and a mushroom slice. Great deal for 9$
I feel compelled to caution prospective consumers regarding my repeated experiences with this Whole Foods Market location through Instacart orders. On multiple occasions, I have received packaged food products, including meat and other perishable items, that were beyond their expiration dates and plainly unsuitable for human consumption.
This raises serious health and safety concerns and, in my view, reflects a profoundly unacceptable failure in inventory management, food handling oversight, and quality control procedures. The issue is especially alarming where sealed and pre packaged goods are concerned, as customers using delivery platforms are deprived of any meaningful opportunity to inspect products before receipt.
Consumers should reasonably expect that food products supplied for purchase are safe, fresh, and fit for human consumption. The repeated delivery of expired consumable goods creates what I consider to be an entirely avoidable risk to public health and consumer welfare.
I strongly advise customers to exercise extreme caution when ordering perishable products from this location through delivery applications, as I do not consider the handling of such products to be safe or reliable from a health and safety perspective.

I’m giving 4 stars because the rest of the store is awesome, but the closing experience was made annoying because of an employee we will name C. At 9:01PM, while my group was stuck in a lineup at the cash registers, I waited by the tables to stay out of the way while finishing a sandwhich i bought moments ago. Then, C approached me, looking flabbergasted, outraged, even bamboozled that I was still there... at 9:02pm... while waiting... he then aggressively told me to leave. I told him I understand that he wanted to close on time, but the people i was with couldn't just cut the line. Again, i understand he wanted to go home, but kicking people out while actively trying to hand the store money is ridiculous. C needs to chill and be less instigating, especially at 9:02pm while waiting for someone in the line?
I have had repeated issues with orders fulfilled from this Whole Foods Market location through Instacart. On several occasions, I received packaged and perishable items, including meat products, that were past their expiry dates or noticeably lacking freshness.
This is particularly concerning from a health and safety perspective because customers using delivery services cannot properly inspect products before receiving them. In my experience, there appears to be a recurring issue with quality control and inventory oversight involving packaged food items.
I would encourage customers ordering through delivery applications to carefully check expiry dates and product condition upon arrival, especially for perishable goods.
my coleslaw was spoiled.

Clean; modern; and friendly staff. Amazing organic, health-conscience, and gluten-free options available. Free parking up to 90 minutes in dedicated parking garage.
Used to shop here regularly when we lived nearby, but the experience steadily went downhill. The final straw was checking out and being met with attitude from the cashier instead of even basic courtesy or helpfulness. No smile, no patience, just irritation.
To make it worse, I was actually charged for the bottles I was returning instead of refunded for them, and the whole interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult.
The pricing at this location has become completely unreasonable and feels very “inner city premium” compared to other stores.
Lots choice, easy to park but very expensive. Staff are very helpful and good food options are available. Very expensive. Free parking as well. Good coffee downstairs
Very clean and organised store
Fresh produce is what I come here for .
Over priced and overhyped. If I’m going to pay an arm and a leg just to get some vegan and gluten/dairy free options I’d rather support a Canadian owned business such as Farmboy or Herb & Spice Wellington.
