I usually try to remain empathetic in situations like this, but the wait time and service response from these workers was absolutely unreal. I pull up to the drive thru window at 7:08 and order two burgers. After around 15 minutes, i get to the window to pay and they ask me to drive into spot 2. As im driving, a random car pulls into spot 2, and I have to park in a different spot. Instantly, i was anxious that they would not remember my car and not give me my food. After another 5-7 minutes of waiting, I decide to go inside and let them know about my parking situation. the worker tells me to “wave over the worker when they deliver the food.” pretty unprofessional in my opinion, they could’ve asked for the make or colour of my car (it’s bright green, easy to find). anyway, 10 minutes later, a worker comes out and sure enough, gives my order to the other car. after a total of 35 minutes of waiting, I just give up and leave. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope management is able to fix whatever staffing issue occurred tonight.

The drive thru is slow but the staff were very nice especially the girl with the vibrant pink hair it makes up for the wait time food was right the new mango pineapple refresher was delicious 10/10 would go again

Terrible experience. I waited exactly 15 minutes for my order, and after all that waiting, this is how much Big Mac sauce they gave me. The cup was almost empty. I paid for this sauce, so this is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to charge customers extra, at least give them a normal portion. Very disappointing service.

DONT GO HERE WEST SIDE IS BETTER !!!!! I don't understand how the person who owns such a great McDonald's on the west side of town can own this disgrace of a place the staff is rude and hostile like how dare I order food and make them do their jobs and then they add incompetence to the day. My drink order was wrong then when I asked them to fix it they denied me then we leave and they screwed up the food order and didn't give me a receipt so when I went back they said you can't prove it and did nothing

The picture says it all !!!. Rush , Rush , Rush from the order window to pick up to cooking . Both of us had quarter pounder with cheese and both buns looked like this when we opened the boxes :( We live 1/2 hour away or would have taken them back . Been to this location 3 times and always something up with the food . Done coming here !
