Every time I come here there’s a significant wait. I have to park, and it’ll be only for a single combo or something. Never any issues with the food but they must be short staffed or something. It’s really hard to park in their lot, very limited space.

New restaurant with growing pains. We have visited 3 times over the last few months and there have been issues with our orders each and every time.

This is a very modern, kind of "cold" vibe McDonald's. But the food was made to McDonald's standard and did not take long. The service was very quick and friendly.

Have you noticed that this location is almost 100% staffed with foreign workers?

That's not a coincidence. Steve Sgro, who owns all three OS locations as well as the Port Elgin and Meaford locations is scamming Canada's LMIA program.

He's getting temporary foreign workers at a subsidized rate, thereby cutting locals out of the employment equation.

When you go to one of the local McDonalds, your paying twice - once for the meal and once through your taxes for his subsidized workers,

Great Job turning this McDonalds around. I have been here a few times now. After they opened, things were pretty rough, not getting the right food and not the best service. Since then, I assume they have hired new staff as I haven't had any issues with my orders, they are fast getting the food to you both inside and in the drive through, and their customers service skills have improved immensely.

Parking: The parking here is not McDonalds fault. It is in a smaller parking lot located in a place where they would anticipate more drive through customers than sit in customers. They share the parking lot with a few other businesses so if you are eating in, parking can be a bit challenging.

Probably the best McDonald’s I have been to. Service is friendly, helpful and they made me feel important. The place is spotless every time I go there. Food is always fresh, hot and looks like the pictures. I always have a quarter pounder, no cheese meal. It is consistently great. Thank you to a great team.

It appears to be designed as a drive through location first. The drive through lanes are excellent because a second passing lane is available.
Parking is very limited. You will most likely have to park in the mall parking lot and walk to the front of the building. Unusual design for a McDonald’s.
Service inside the restaurant was lacking. However, the restaurant was clean and the decor was good.

Parking: Very little parking around unit. Park in mall parking and walk in. The front is facing the street so you will have to walk around the building from the back.

Double quarter pounder only one patty on it through the drive thu, didn't see till I got home paid for more than I received

I ordered here earlier today and I can say it was 10/10. The lady at the window was so kind and made sure everything was done according to how i wanted. The fries were fresh and salted nice and the burgers were well made. They really took their time and put their love into the food. Definitely the best Mcdonald’s I’ve been too.
