I had an incredible dining experience at Swiss Chalet in Owen Sound, Ontario. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely phenomenal—fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Every bite reminded me why I keep coming back.
But what truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service. Our server, Angela, went above and beyond in every possible way. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. It's rare to come across service this genuinely caring and detail-oriented.
I left not just satisfied but genuinely thrilled with the entire experience. Hats off to the team—and especially Angela—for making this visit unforgettable. I couldn’t be a happier customer!

I have to say the food and service are good. But the last two times I've been here. We sat at the table, and it had not been wiped! Pretty dirty! Asked the waitress to please clean the table, and she did but was still very sticky. And the fabric on the bench seat was black and filthy as well. I think management should maybe get professional cleaners for there seat backs and tell servers not to sit customers at dirty tables!

I placed a large order to feed my engagement party for 50 people. The food was delivered on time and was delicious! Always a favorite which is why we chose this for our party. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌🏻 👏🏻 Thank you to all of the staff that helped make this happen.

Took over an hour to get the food after ordering. It wasn't all that busy and there was never any explication why. The fries came cold and not crispy. Disappointing.
