Just shut down the bubble tea portion. It’s always a disaster. Half the time they never have tapioca. I order extra tapioca and pay extra for it and barely get enough for regular. Then that tapioca is hard as a rock and not cooked properly. For a $10+ drink it should come perfected. Garbage customer service and accountability.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I called yesterday evening to speak to a manager, the lady I spoke to her name was "net" (allegedly) said a manager wasn't in and hung up. I called back she said the manager wasn't in and to stop calling. All I wanted to inquire about was the gluten free options, and how safe it would be for me as a celiac. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.
Ordered some food , went to pick it up . They forgot something in my order and would not send the delivery driver to bring me my missing item. I had to call and they refused to help me and dint seem to care about my missing item. I finally drove back to the store and picked up missing item. THEY WHERE NOT VERRY APPOLOGETIC.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
