“Just have to share how amazing My-Thai Brantford is!!!! I have had a very long week. I ordered pickup from them planning for it to be ready when my boyfriend was done work at 6:30 so he could grab it on his way home. Then I realized I misread his schedule and he wasn’t done until 8:30! The food was sitting at the restaurant ready for almost an hour before I realized my mistake. We only have one vehicle so I couldn’t go pick it up. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway they could deliver it. They said sure if I was okay with paying a $10 delivery fee which I was more than happy too since it was all my mistake. Then they called me back and said it would take half an hour because they were remaking it for me at no extra charge (besides the delivery fee of course)! That was so unexpected and so sweet of them! I was so upset that I’d messed up so badly and this made my night!!! Thank you to My-Thai!“
