“My husband and I had the pleasure of having DiSalvo’s cater our 40th wedding anniversary party. The dinner and desserts were beautifully done. We had prime rib and chicken supreme with a bunch of side pastas, potatoes and salads. The trio of cakes were so delicious. We had many comments that it was the best carrot cake ever.
They came back the next morning to feed the gang that stayed over. 26 people. Scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, bacon, sausages and French toast. Carlo’s hollandaise is so good. Everything is made from scratch.
Fast forward 3 weeks and we just hosted our cousin family reunion. 13 of us. We picked up 4 of their family meals to feed the gang for one of the dinners. Very generous portions. We will be eating leftovers for days. And of course we had to get a carrot cake for dessert!
