September 16 2024…ordered a large Canadian Pizza with double cheese for pickup for 3 of us……couldn’t taste the cheese at all ….we tried to each eat a piece but was inedible….WON’T be going back….such a shame as we had such high hopes after seeing a picture of the Canadian pizza here on the reviews

We have ordered pizza here for the past 4 years on Thanksgiving weekend... delicious!

This year we decided to dine in...wow it was great! The restaurant is rustic muskoka chic and a great place for families and we even saw birthday party dinner and they were playing UNO while waiting for their food...I loved seeing that!
My husband and son loved their burgers, my daughter loves her Chicken Parmesan and I loved my stuffed mushrooms and nachos. My only negative would have been that the nacho chips are on the salty side.
We will definitely dine in again.

I highly recommend the Watermelon Smash ??! (19+ only)

We sat outside so cant say much about inside atmosphere! Server was GREAT- very friendly! Had salad w added chicken little pricey for what you get. Plenty of options on menu & drinks ( alcohol)

We had lunch here and enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and the staff are very friendly.

Their air conditioning doesn't really cool the place down enough, so we weren't able to return on a hot evening for dinner (it was during a heatwave, and we needed a break from the heat). Otherwise we had zero complaints and would definitely return again.

The beef dip I had for lunch was fantastic.

Disappointed in our visit to Blake's this summer. This is our third visit in the last 2 years and both food and service were sub par this time. Our server was busy hanging out with her boyfriend rather than ensuring we received fantastic service. I ordered soup as my side and received fries and after waiting so long for the food I decided to not make a fuss. My son ordered a pizza and didn't receive a plate to put his pizza slice on, and ended up using a napkin. The battered fish was overcooked but the fries were delicious. Unsure if we will be returning in the future. Sad about this visit as we had such great experiences in the past.

We stopped in here on our way up to Fairbanks. Our waitress was such a sweetheart and very friendly. The menu was big and has lots of breat options. The food we ordered was delicious. The interior of the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, it looked like a log cabin. They had a few local beers on tap which was nice. Glad we stopped in and will be stopping again next time we're up there.

Chocolate chip pancakes were uncooked in the middle, but they were very thick; ate as much as I could around the edges and it was tasty, service was fair. Coffee was good, every one else enjoyed they're eggs/ potatoes so maybe it was just a bad choice on my part.

Arrived at 6:24 and there were 3 people passing us back to back but only one girl was supposed to take orders for take out I believe. She finally came to us after helping the next guest who arrived 10 minutes after us to a table and then took our order. I really wanted the last caramel chocolate bomb that was there and I placed the order but I guess my brown skin wasn’t appealing in a place of all white people ?. I have had a lot of people tell me I am white person in a brown body so let me serve this brown chocolate bomb for not serving me the order though being the first to order and instead served a white fam at the table? Not a racist but I have seen and been with and raised with kinder white people than you guys. Sorry but not sorry ?

Adding after the owners response - I appreciate very much the response quicker than most of the places I have been to.

I will wait for more reviews from other customers once witnessed.

I wonder what happened to the response to not being served with what I ordered and instead you chose to point out my grammatical mistakes of my English statements which is only my second language, this clearly shows where the racism starts.

Oh! Also, I adore your grammar and usage of dictionary/AI and commenting about someone’s grammar whose second language is English (repeating again) and I am hoping that this restaurant in this small town is more inclusive to everyone.

Again, we are talking about hospitality in This review and not your excellent English literature.

Well, I am honestly not ashamed or worried about the grammar of a second language when I only try to review businesses so they can improve their flaws for their own growth.

I hope you train your world trained staff to make sure that they have the availability before confirming an order.

For example- I live in a small town outside the city where high school/ college kids work at Tim Hortons and they check availability while taking food orders.
