“Are the actual experience at the Pelee Island pavilion was wonderful. The staff were helpful, courteous, and very speedy. However, calling in advance, inquiring about booking the VIP tour experience was awful. The staff member I spoke with, was very rude, short, and overall dismissive. The only time his tone was at all friendly was when he was saying goodbye.“
