We were super happy when Little Stream opened up again on Aug 17th after their break ... it's pretty much the only 'real' bakery in the region we know of making serious and organic sourdough and other breads made with multiple, wholesome grains. And happy that they will be able to do more deliveries ... keeping our fingers crossed that cookies and their other non-bread baked goodies will come back sometime. I am obsessed with good bread. I tire of the factory monoculture white trashy bread at the grocery store. Some of the best sourdough in the region is to be had from Little Stream Bakery. I bought one of each of their loaves to try. Three days later, I returned whilst driving to Toronto and bought another ten loaves to give to my family.
