I use to go to Mex & co. I use to go there and the owners other restaurant down a street. I always order the fajitas but today the results were very disapointing. The menu suggests all the fixings, us to but now a very important ingrédient that is not included. Salsa, the restaurant when you walk in you would be seated and there would be a few chips and salsa. Now that same dish is $8.00. The ingrédients that came with the fajitas order were sour cream, guacamolli huge ice cream scoop sized porton, also same ice cream scoop sized portion. Back then i if you wanted guacamolli you paid a very small charge. But too not include salsa in a fajitas a cardinal sin. The fajitas was very dry and not enjoyable at all. The corn chips and a little salsa $8.00 from free. Sorry folks I went out of my way to stop and eat there. Management should consider adding salsa to their statement "all the ingrédients" and measure the sour cream and guacamolli portions way excessive.Put the salsa back in, reduce the price for chips and salsa. Really how much would that cost.So I paid tonite I paid including $46.00 for a single fajita and a drink. Lol with no salsa. DissappointedRecomended the salsa. But didnt get any.

Consistently fantastic food, always fresh and so tasty, friendly helpful staff, and a cheerful atmosphere with beautiful decor! Can't beat the patio right over the water for drinks or dinner in the summertime, too. We're a magnet for Mex & Co every time we visit Perth!Vegetarian options: Actual thoughtful/interesting vegetarian options throughout the menu! Much appreciated, the cauliflower in the veg burrito was amazing
We went for a welcome dinner, pre wedding weekend. The restaurant was very accommodating to the 30 for us on short notice and having some dietary restrictions. We walked over from the Best Western Plus and immediately overtook the restaurant. The existing guests were very friendly and loved our free drinks for being loud. The staff were great and partied with us providing wondaful service and also being attentive to my 2 yr old granddaughter that was with us. Food was fantastic as were the drinks.
We loved this experience. Food was excellent, unlike what some reviews suggested. I had Wings and Guacamole and an amazing little green salad. My sweetheart had a club burrito. Yummy! Beautiful riverside

They do have vegan options, the chorizo is vegan so they can make tacos, quesadillas, fajitas or burrito vegan, just need to ask no cheese no sour cream !

Food and service were just ok. Patio was in disrepair and zero music; at least the canal view was nice. I don’t believe that my 16 oz. beer was more than 12-14 oz. No need to return.
