I use to go to Mex & co. I use to go there and the owners other restaurant down a street. I always order the fajitas but today the results were very disapointing. The menu suggests all the fixings, us to but now a very important ingrédient that is not included. Salsa, the restaurant when you walk in you would be seated and there would be a few chips and salsa. Good place. Wish there was a vegan option on the lunch menu. Ordered from regular menu and was delicious.Vegetarian options: They can accommodate vegans. Lots of vegetarian choices.
