First time placing an order there was today, communication was good, food was excellent! I was told “20 mins” for my order and arrived 30 mins later as I didn’t know they were right about the “wait time”. Staff was knowledgeable about each question I asked. I find anymore that most staff at Tim Hortons have very poor Customer service skills. And this is at any location I have visited with the exception of the Sydenham/ Princess Street Location in Kingston. Staff do not seem very Knowledgeable about their product or prices either one. If it weren't for the people I drive I wouldn't bother to go to Tim Hortons. Had some bad reviews but went anyways. Take out only. Chicken an rice was cold, but it was so dam tastey ate it and had seconds cold. Chicken balls were huge, with a big hunk of chicken in each. Ribs at a Chinese restaurant always thin piece of meat hard as a rock. Meat on both sides of the bone tasty juicy fall off the bone tender, far an away the best I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant.
