We were there in Jan for lunch with friends on a Sunday. We were 1 of 2 tables in the dining room and it took over an hour to receive our food. The waitress, while friendly, was painfully slow. Food was good when we got it.
While I understand that we were a party of 20, the overall experience was disappointing. If a reservation can't be properly accommodated, it might be better not to accept it at all. The food was good, but it took over two hours to arrive, and the staff struggled to keep up with drink orders unless you were purchasing bottles of wine. The ambiance & decor is beautiful, matched by the pretty snow falling outside which we could see through the large windows. The fireplace was perfect.
