The Tim Hortons located at the Ottawa/Carleton Hospital offers a variety of good drinks, but the service could use some improvement. The staff's attitude towards customers has been noted as somewhat snotty by some visitors. While the inside door for disabled persons is operational, the outside door can be inconvenient and degrading. Parking is available in an open-tier parking lot.

The coffee and donuts are as expected, but there have been reports of extremely slow service, especially during lunchtime on Saturdays. The mobile order for a Bagel BELT took over 15 minutes to prepare, and there seemed to be a lot of organized confusion behind the counter. Additionally, one customer noted that the employee who served them made zero attempt to conceal their misery, despite the customer being polite.

Another customer ordered a London Fog, which took longer than usual compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Unfortunately, the employee forgot to add the vanilla syrup, so the customer ended up paying $4 for tea with frothed milk. The line inside the restaurant was 10 people long by the time the customer was served, which suggests that the staff may be focusing more on the drive-thru than the people waiting inside.
