10 Best Bakeries in Peterborough

“As an out-of-town visitor I have to say that Peterborough is very lucky indeed to have a bakery like this. A local person recommended that as the best in town and the pastry I had (see photo) and the cinnamon bun did not disappoint. Looking forward to going again on my next visit!“

Service is excellent and dining area is comfortable.

I wish the owners would do more with the aviation theme though. Suggest to have more aviation memorabilia on the walls and even hang it on the ceiling! Look to the London Airport resto for inspiration. A great opportunity is missed here to jazz this place up and showcase the peterborough Airport.

The only thing I tasted here was the Club sandwich. While good and flavourful, I'll give it 4 stars and not 5 because its made with sliced Turkey ( seems processed ) and not fresh oven roasted chucks of Turkey breast.

Having said that the Club Sandwich with fries is very reasonably priced so great value.“

“I was just going to grab a coffee. I was blown away with the doughnut counter and sandwich offerings.

I bought a great early lunch, amazing coffee, warm delicious sandwich and a couple doughnuts.

Coffee Time, where have you been, many more locations please.

It is beautiful since renovation. We come here almost daily for our afternoon tea and coffee
It is very clean here which is very important to us. Brian is always polite and friendly . Kim goes out of her way to keep this location looking good. She always says hello. All the staff here are super friendly and kind. We really enjoy going there almost daily......and I think the tall lady is Lisa but not sure. She is excellent at keeping the front moving well
But Kim and Brian are the best.“

“We were at the tims on lansdowne st east at the pioneer gas station getting coffee this afternoon . The girl serving us was doing a great job , considering she was working alone, helping the customers at the drive through and those inside. She was amazing!!! Her name is Nicole ♡“

“I've been coming here since this location was first built. Staff has always been great and always come to the window to say "hi" to my dog. Great people and as for the food... it's Tims. Straight forward menu that everyone knows.“
