I asked them to warm up my cold burger. Well it was so hot u couldn’t eat it for 15 minutes then it was all wet and soggy. I took it back and the manager argued with me saying they only heat it for 10 seconds. Obviously, that was a lie because it was scalding hot. Anyone that has worked in the restaurant industry knows you do not argue with the customer. This Burger King has really gone downhill in the last few years. They really need new management. Very disappointed with this location.
There is no proper wheelchair access. The designated wheelchair/disability parking area was piled with snow, making it unusable. There is also no automatic door opener at the entrance, which makes it extremely difficult for wheelchair-bound customers to get inside.
I tried to use the washroom and again — no door opener.

They serve ROTTEN food to customers and then argue with them when they are called out on it... learn how to clean the place and throw out ROTTEN food!!! poor customer service and nasty food...🤮🤮🤮🤢
