Hey your fridge is making a very hig pitched and loud noise all day long. It has been like this for over a month now. I am angry that you expect your workers to endure this. Please allow them to trun the fridge off until it can be repaired. Forcing you employees to listen to this all day long, every shift, just so you can move a bit more refrigerated product is incredibly disrespectful to their mental health and a perfect example of corporate negligence.
