Health Food Restaurants in Peterborough, ON

“We still sometimes shop there since having moved away from Peterborough over 20 years ago. Great people & great selection.“

“I spent 32 hours in emergency for a gallbladder attack and got more meaningful help in 20 minutes with the owner of the Earth Food Store, than the emergency doctor who sent me home and told me fo take Tylenol and ibuprofen. Yes, it resolved the initial symptom for gallstones. However, I went home from the health food store with a long term plan and regimen focused on healthier living. I have improved digestion, lost weight and have been symptom free for 6 months. Thanks to the owners know how shared openly, I was able to make better informed choices for my overall health. Thank you sincerely.“

“Absolutely delicious food and an equally wonderful experience!

We first had the pleasure of enjoying DK catering’s food at my parents’ Celebration of Life, and everyone had such wonderful things to say about it. The food was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with egg and nut allergies, which we really appreciated.

We were also fortunate enough to enjoy a private dinner that was generously gifted to us by our amazing realtor. Once again, everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and such a treat!

We are so grateful for both experiences and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food.“

“Just wanted to give a big shout out To Lee Anne at the Lindsay store Your knowledge and friendly personality Is like Sunshine I really really appreciate all of your help yesterday“

“Stopped by the place last Saturday afternoon after a long drive through Peterborough and the bowl I got, the Thai Peanut with extra tofu, was packed fresh and still warm. The staff behind the counter moved fast but still took time to explain a couple of menu swaps I asked about, which I appreciated since I was in a rush. Seating was limited around 2pm but I managed to grab a spot by the window, and the space felt clean and bright rather than cramped. Parking out front was easy to find too, which is rare for a strip like that, and overall it was a solid, reliable stop for a quick healthy lunch on the road.“

“absolutely love coming here for my smoothies! Hardik and Deep are truly amazing — they always go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. Not only are the smoothies consistently fresh, delicious, and made with care, but the service is just as great.“
