“When I initially received my order (two pizzas and cinnamon sticks) we ate our pizzas only, over an hour later we opened the dessert to realize that they had sent us a garlic bread instead. I called the store, expecting maybe we would get a coupon for next time, the manager actually offered to deliver us the proper dessert! 10/10 customer service, and all the food was very tasty and fresh“

“The Florentine Cookie & the Almond Pastry were AMAZING.They tasted so good. I did not expect the Florentine Cookie to taste that good. It was so sweet but not too much. Had a chewiness too it to add to the nutty yet buttery & light chocolate taste. Really a perfect bite. The Almond Pastry was medium flaky but the powdered sugar elevates it & the hero was the almond custard in the middle. So scrumptious. I love how random this bakery is. It's in the middle of business buildings. Haha! One of my favourite bakeries I've been to in my life.“

“This New York fries is staffed by very competent, courteous, and very friendly people.
I Was a manager in the food business for 30 years and I am always impressed by the staff in this restaurant. They are extremely well trained, and always make me feel welcome and important. I make a point of acknowledging them when I go there.
Richard, the owner, and Alexis, the manager , have done a phenomenal job in training their staff in great customer service. They have the best customer service in Peterborough. Thank you, Alicia for waiting on us today. You are lovely and a pleasure too do business with. You make your customers day as do all your fellow staff members. The store has a lot to be proud of.
I have to mention the quality and quantity of the food. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Always hot, always flavourful and always enough food.

“Papa Land is a good pizza but it is not what it used to be before the menu change of unlimited toppings. Prices stay the same, but the quantity of the toppings placed on the pizza have decreased that you can almost count your toppings. Tried a couple times, but it’s the same results“
