It always reminds me how good their pizza is and especially the crew at the 550 Lansdowne St location. They always do an amazing job with the quality of the pizza and are friendly and smiling during pick up. Great work!“

I have to mention the quality and quantity of the food. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Always hot, always flavourful and always enough food.

“This review reflects my opinion of the restaurant as a place to get a quick take-out pizza. I'm actually not happy with this Boston Pizza for messing up my order, but I appreciate the attempts to make it right well enough to recommend the place. The employees tried their best, and they were busy. $33 for a medium pepperoni pizza, though..? It was good pizza, sure, but not really worth it for quick take-out. I think you have to get a table and dine-in to fully appreciate the price.“

“We ordered some pizza’s through Skip the Dishes.. Skip the Dishes misrepresented the pizza I ordered, so needless to say I was disappointed when it arrived.. I called Papa’s Pizzaland and they said that Skip the Dishes had made a mistake.. I contacted Skip the Dishes and they gave us a credit.. 25 mins later we see someone pull into our driveway.. It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!! My recommendation, order directly through Papa’s Pizzaland and avoid the Skip the Dishes issues…“

“Excellent customer service, quality food. CSRs are friendly and accommodating to customer instructions. This store had excellent food quality when I first visited it in 2021 and that continued for couple of years but at some point in between I felt quality went down temporarily for some reason. I’m glad they are now back with same quality good food and would keep it that way. Its worth mentioning that my experience has been great at this store (George Street store) compared to other one in town.“
