Unbelievable how this location is so slow. Only one in the drive thru and there was no one in the restaurant at 11:30 pm and waited a full 25 minutes for the food. Cars ended up getting backed up. Should not be this long to get fast food.
When people order something and you get it wrong you should remake it without question since it’s something they paid for. This McDonald’s is run very badly. Almost all of my items I ordered had something wrong with it along with something missing and it was a big order. The frustrating thing is that this keeps happening.
SO SLOW!!! its insane how slow they are. most are teenagers working there so idk if they just dont care but youd think by now they could pick up the pace!! also whats with the ketchup not being out? not the biggest deal to ask them for ketchup but its definitely an inconvenience and just WEIRD? ive never had an issue with the food itself tho so thats why its 2 stars and not 1
