The award-winning wines are so good that they keep you coming back for the next vintage, or to get more bottles of the current vintage if they're still available. Winemaker Andrew continues to crush it (no pun intended), putting his Masters of Chemistry degree to great use. Thanks again to Andrew and Sarah for their hospitality, and we'll be back again when the pizza oven is fired up!”

“We were a party of 6 last night and had a fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal but the service was top-notch! All three staff we interacted with were charismatic and personable. The hostess learned my mother was here from Newfoundland and told us all about the trip her friends just planned for the Rock, showing us the map on her tablet. Our server “Prince Charming” was so engaged with my step-son who is on the spectrum and can be very shy. It made my son’s whole night having a conversation with him about the Shrek movies and Puss in Boots! I could not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had at Hartley’s.”

“This is such an amazing gem of a bar! Cosy and warm atmosphere. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable. Once our drinks arrived, our server asked us how our first sips were. 😁 Love it. One guest ordered a red wine spritzer but they tinkered with it to elevate a simple drink. Mixologist came over to explain the drink and ask how it was. We will be back! Check out Russ and Co. in Picton or sister Bar Duchess in Wellington on your next visit to the County. 🙌”

“I visited this brewery this past Thursday and I was very impressed with how the brewery looked inside and the amazing view you get from inside the taproom. The beer was very good. It certainly is worth the drive from Oakville to check out this brewery.”

“Miss Lily's is a local institution. This is a great place for a coffee, treats, and a chat. The coffee is very good and the baked goods are not to be missed. The staff are friendly. The cafe has ots of room and there is always much to see as you enjoy your coffee. This is one of my favourite local spots in Picton and is my go to local coffee shop.”

“Our visit to Prince Eddie’s Brewing Company this afternoon for lunch was an absolute delight! The highlight of our meal was definitely the tacos - they were truly amazing. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left us craving more. The care and attention to detail in crafting these tacos was evident and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. We also had the opportunity to sample some of the beers on offer, and we were pleased with the quality and variety. The beers complemented our meal perfectly, adding to the overall dining experience. Overall, we highly recommend Prince Eddie’s Brewing Company to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The amazing tacos, clean and friendly outdoor patio, welcoming staff, and good beer selection make this place a must-visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back for more!”

“Jordan was able to fix my wife’s bike after her ride where the brakes seized up and a tire blew. He repaired it on time and did only what needed to be done. We recommend him and will return for bike maintenance in the future and soon for the coffee/desserts!😎👍”

“I dropped by Country Sunshine health store to pick up digestive bitters and they had exactly what I needed. The store is small but mighty. They carry a large variety of herbs, tinctures and other holistic medicine. The staff member I spoke to was super friendly and I'd highly recommend going here despite what the other reviewers say. Full disclosure: COVID was a hard time for everyone and those reviews the store got seemed biased based on ego and judgement. From my experience today (Nov 2, 2024), the store environment was positive and I'm giving them 5-Stars. Hope that the other past-patrons that felt disgruntled will give Country Sunshine another opportunity to earn back your trust.”

“Just wrapped up a wonderful stay at The Waring House! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with easy access for all guests. We loved waking up to the delicious hot breakfast each morning, and the evening entertainment added such a fun vibe to our nights. The gardens and green spaces were absolutely beautiful—perfect for a morning stroll or just soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-rounded getaway in Prince Edward County!”
