I just wanted to share my experience at McDonald's in Picton today.
The gentlemen who was on the speaker was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and so fun! If you want someone to make your day better he has my vote!

McDonald's, please fix your triage system. Why do I have to watch someone pour my coffee and place it on a number then stare at it for 5 mins until someone prints a ticket and then calls my number. Love your coffee but your service is so slow inside.

The restaurant features attentive staff, including an employee who personally delivers food to tables and assists senior citizens. However, some aspects, like a loud motivational style from the kitchen, might be off-putting in the busy environment. The Big Mac may occasionally be missing its sesame seed bun, and while the Fish Combo was deemed overpriced for its size, the overall dining experience is appreciated. Many guests look forward to returning for the excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere.
