Staff were friendly. Food was OK but I found a piece of mushroom in my food that looked like the bottom of a stem with dirt still stuck to it. The place could use a good cleaning and decluttering.

Price was reasonable and food okay.Grumpy server, poor service, was not busy.Will not be back again.My wife ordered decaf coffee with large soup with an order of toast.  Was asked if she wanted white or brown toast, (rye toast not mentioned). She asked for brown. I ordered the special which included small soup, western, salad and fries. Was asked if I wanted white, brown or rye toast. Asked for rye. My wife then asked to change her order to rye toast. The server gave her a look then an exaggerated striking out and changed the order. Our soups arrived, no napkins. After my wife slowly ate half her soup I asked the server about my wife's order of toast. It was brought out after a couple of more minutes. Still waiting for our coffees. I flagged down the server who finally got the coffees. The decaf coffee was not drinkable. No tip.

A true country GEM ! From the atmosphere, the service, the prices and needless to say the food is second to none. The owner and Chef (Frank) cooks with love and his makes sure that you feel welcomed and with do all that he can to make sure you leave satisfied. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a meal.

AMAZING!! This is a small town family restaurant that you just don't see anymore!!Extremely friendly staff, awesome food and better yet GREAT prices!!This is a really amazing place to eat breakfast lunch or dinner especially with their really nice dining room,If you are in the area I'd feel sorry if you ate anywhere else!
