“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and overall the service was excellent. I’d rate this visit a 9.5/10 and would definitely return!”

The tortilla was fresh, the fillings were well balanced, and every ingredient tasted fresh, especially the vegetables and sauces. “We found this restaurant by chance while looking for something close to us and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised from the first encounter.The staff was very friendly and helped us with the description of each dish because we are not familiar with the names of the dishes. Everything we ordered was very delicious, flavorful (the spices in each dish were plentiful)and decent portions that we couldn't even eat.The naan bread was the best I've ever eaten. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere cosy.”

“This was my third visit to Shivas Dosa, and today’s experience stood out because of Priyanshi’s excellent service.

Her smile was genuine, her service felt very natural We had a baby with us, and she brought a small dessert spoon for our baby to eat with, provided a high chair without us asking, assisted my wife, and even helped with the door.

The biryani and dosa were both delicious and fresh.. She made us feel welcome, as if we were guests in someone’s home rather than customers at a restaurant.

We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, for the excellent service and food.

The owners are independent, kind, giving to the community, selfless, generous, and they have good hearts. I recommend anyone, student or career person, to visit this restaurant. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and you're not supporting a soulless machine corporation. They're worth every penny. Definitely try their food.”

“Stopped by Scan & Dram in New Hamburg and had the fish & chips with French fries — absolutely delicious! The fish was perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside. The batter wasn’t greasy at all, just light and full of flavour. The French fries were golden, fresh, and seasoned just right — the perfect side to the fish. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh and well made. Great food, great spot, and definitely somewhere I’d go back to when I’m craving classic fish & chips done right. Even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, we had to wait around 30–45 minutes for our food. On top of that, the dishes were served one at a time instead of together, which meant we couldn’t enjoy the meal as a group.”
