One of the best fries! I don’t know how exactly. I ordered the pulled pork poutine, and added pickled onions and peppers. In the section where the fries were untouched by the gravy/pulled pork, I added regular vinegar. They’re really good! I think I would gain weight if I were living here because I will come very regularly for their fries!
