“Kudos to the Manager on duty on July 13th. I ordered from Uber Eats and there was an error with my order. The Uber Eats menu had the wrong description for the item I ordered and therefore I received something I wasn’t expecting. I called the restaurant and the Manager took the time to figure out what happened and offered to replace my meal even though it was not an error on their end. This is excellent customer service. The food was great regardless of the change. Thank you Hampton Bar and Grill 🙏🏻”

“Stopped into the Hampton Coffee Time this morning and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the service was genuinely friendly and quick – the staff greeted me with a smile and had my order ready in no time.
The location is super convenient, right off the main road, and the parking lot is fantastic – plenty of spots and easy to get in and out. No hunting for parking like at other places. Prices are reasonable (not overpriced at all), and it never feels overcrowded, so you can actually sit and enjoy your coffee without stress.
The whole place has great vibes – clean, cozy, and welcoming. Perfect for a quick morning pickup or relaxing with a drink and a snack. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

This place has good stuff to have if you are hungry and wanna take a quick bite. Has enough things on the menu and a good seating area 👍🏻 There is a small space for activity and children’s books.
Kit-kat cookie and banana bread with chocolate chip were really good.

“Sunny’s is our go-to spot, and the woman who answers the phone and serves us is truly the heart of the place. She’s phenomenal — always cheerful, incredibly hardworking, and has never once messed up an order. She’s spot-on with pickup timing, makes every interaction easy, and clearly takes pride in what she does. Honestly, she’s the best part about the restaurant and a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!”

“Pontypool is so spoiled to have this store/restaurant tucked away at the corners. Maybe the best hidden gem in the Kawarthas.

I have given this place a decade long trial run and it is deceptively good, both the subs from the convenience store and the Chinese food. The assorted sub has that slab of white cheese that is just perfect on a sub *chefs kiss*.

When I was working nearby we got Royal Garden at least once a week. Egg roll game is silly and the lo mein is a spiritual experience.

I don't stop in here enough and my life is poorer for it.

The aesthetics of the place need some fresh paint but they got everything for your house, a sub for your soul and Chinese food so good I just straight up refuse to eat it anywhere else.”
