A&W Restaurants offers excellent service with friendly staff. The burgers are well garnished, and the onion rings are not too salty. The root beer is served just right, although there was a small hiccup with the drinks when the slushy machine ran out. However, the frosty mugs for the root beers were a nice touch. Guests have noted that the staff is accommodating and kind, even resolving order issues by offering a free apple pie and strawberry shake.
