I went into the Subway on Main St. West in Port Colborne, just before they closed, and despite my very late order, the young lady serving me, Pri, was kind, courteous and very polite. She made my sub quickly and exactly how I like it. Her customer service was outstanding and I think she's doing an amazing job. Pri, is definitely a model employee and I think there needs to be more people, like her, working in the customer service industry.
